Chief Operating Officer
Administrator

Anthony ("Tony") Franchi, Jr., Administrator of Meadow Green, brings over forty (40) years experience in managing Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Inspired by family and his inherent sensitivity to the healthcare needs of society's most vulnerable - the elderly - he was drawn to a career in long-term care, working first in many supportive positions and then culminating as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

"My introduction to nursing homes at age 16, working as a housekeeper at our sister facility, The Ellis, during summer and school vacations, mapped my career purpose in serving the elderly.  As the Administrator entrusted to oversee the well-being of our residents, I always welcome the input of family and loved ones."

Robert Dundon

Regional Director of Human Resources

Robert began his career in Healthcare twenty-one years ago as a Receptionist at a Nursing home in Randolph Ma. He gradually advanced to Accounts Payable, Medical Records, Central Supply, Assistant Business Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO of the very company where he started his career.  Fifteen years ago, he advanced to Payroll and Human Resources with Kindred Healthcare and found the field he enjoyed and loved.

"I grew up in Nursing Homes as my mother worked as a Nurse and my sister was a Business Office Manager, so I believe it’s in my blood. I started at The Ellis in May of 2025 and now serve as the Regional Director of Human Resources, overseeing both The Ellis and Meadow Green. I feel right at home here with the amazing management team."

Steven Caverno

Director of Rehabilitation

Born and raised in Pittsburgh PA, Steven joined the Marine Corps shortly after high school. After discharge and needing physical therapy for his own health, Steven developed an enthusiasm for anatomy and physiology.  He continued his education with an emphasis on physical therapy.  By occupation, Steven is a physical therapist assistant and has been employed in skilled nursing facilities since 2013.

"One of the best aspects of working with patients and residents in this demographic is the array of wisdom and experiences the elderly share with you. The past two years I have had the great opportunity to manage Meadow Green’s rehab department as the Director of Rehabilitation. I am very fortunate to have the finest physical, occupational, and speech therapists in the region working with me to ensure exceptional and effective therapy services are being delivered. I have a strong desire for knowledge and continuing my education and look forward to growing within the skilled nursing environment."
