Azadeh Assarpour, MD
Meadow Green Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Dr. Azadeh Assarpour to the position of Medical Director. Dr. Assarpour received her Medical Degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences School of Medicine. After finishing her residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Auburn Hospital she went on to complete her Fellowship in Geriatrics at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. Dr. Assarpour is a Geriatrician with the Quimby Center for Geriatric Care at Mount Auburn Hospital.
We are so grateful to have someone with Dr. Assarpour’s experience as our Medical Director here at Meadow Green. She is an extremely skilled geriatrician and a well respected leader.
David Bell has been the Administrator of Meadow Green Rehabilitation and Nursing Center since 1988. "Each day brings its own challenges, but with the support I receive from each department, we are able to accomplish our goal of being the preferred provider for Skilled Nursing and Short-term Rehabilitation in the greater Waltham area." Dave has a BS in Health Care Administration from SUNY and over 28 years of nursing home administrator experience.
Director of Nursing
Donna Del Cid joined Meadow Green Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in August, 2017. Donna comes to us with 22 years of experience in various leadership roles in both short term and long term care. She also has an extensive background in Cardiopulmonary Care and Wound Care.

Director of Admissions
Patrick joined the Meadow Green Team in Spring, 2019 and brings with him years of experience as an Admissions Director with extensive experience in customer service. As a long time resident of the Waltham, he has the ability to connect with residents and families both at Meadow Green and in the community.

Director of Rehabilitation
A Director of Rehabilitation for the past nine years, Michelle Davis has 14 years' experience as an occupational therapist, specializing in geriatric patients. She joined the Meadow Green staff last summer and has very much enjoyed the transition from large company to small, family-run business.

Director of Social Services
Paula Greco LICSW Social Service Director went to Boston University for her Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) in 1999.

Welcome Kirsten MacWilliams, our new Activities Director!
Kirsten graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy.
Kirsten is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Geri-Care Behavioral Instructor.
"Our Activities program is an extremely important factor in the overall well-being of our residents. The program enhances their quality of life on a daily basis. I am grateful to be part of a talented and wonderful team here at Meadow Green that values that and much more!”
